Nicholas Ryder is Reader in Law at the University of the West of England, Bristol. He is currently head of the Commercial Law Research Unit and co-convener for the Banking and Finance Stream for the Society of Legal Scholars.
Margaret Griffiths is Professor Emeritus at the University of Glamorgan. She is a specialist in consumer law, having taught and researched the area for over thirty years.
