Benjamin A. Rifkin lives and works in New York City as a private art dealer specializing in Old Master paintings, drawings and sculpture. Michael J. Ackerman is Assistant Director for High Performance Computing and Communications at the National Library of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland. Judy Folkenberg is a freelance writer. She is also a book artist, and binds and makes books by hand.
