Excerpt from Slide-Rule Notes
IN 1911 the authors published a pamphlet, slide-rule Notes, now out of print, which is the basis of the present work. The material has been revised and rewritten, with additions, and a chapter on the logologarithmic scales has been added. The work deals almost exclusively with the ordinary 25 cm.
