Excerpt from Acts and Resolves Passed by the General Court of Massachusetts, at the Second Session of the Year 1859: Held for the Purpose of Completing the Revision of the General Statutes of the Commonwealth; Commencing on Wednesday, the Seventh Day of September, and Ending on Wednesday, the Twenty-Eighth Day of December

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows section 1. The jury term of the supreme judicial court When tobe held. For the county of Worcester, shall be held on the second Tuesday of April in each year. Section 2. All acts inconsistent herewith, are hereby Repeal.
