Excerpt from Proceedings of the Citrus Processing Conference: Held at Winter Haven, Florida, October 9, 1963
Limonene oxide was found to be present in cold-pressed Florida Valencia orange oil by fractional distillation of the oil and comparison of the gas chrom tographic retention times on columns packed with nonacid-washed substrate and on capillary columns and infrared spectrum with those of known samples of limonene oxide.
