Biografía del autor

About the authors DONALD GERWlN, PhD, holds an NSERC/SSHRC Chair in Management of Technology in the School of Business and the Faculty of Engineering at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He is also affiliated with the Research Center for Telecommunications Technology Management at Carleton. His research interests are in managing technological change in manufacturing. HARVEY F. KOLODNY, DBA, is Professor on the Faculty of Management and the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto. His fields of interest are complex organization design, high commitment workplaces and the management of technology. He is the Director of the Organization Design Program at the University of Toronto and a member of the Advisory Board of the Industrial Research Assistance Program of the National Research Council of Canada.
