There are few tools currently available that can be used to create JavaBeans. IBM's VisualAge for Java shows Java programmers and developers how to build enterprise-ready JavaBeans and applets using VisualAge for Java. Written by leading IBM trainers for VisualAge for Java education and certification programs, this book covers all features of VisualAge for Java and focuses significantly on the development of JavaBeans. Although VisualAge for Java was released with some bugs and errors, the CD-ROM product accompanying the book has been equipped with the "work-arounds" for such bugs and also add-on features. It contains a "try-and-buy" version of VisualAge for Java software, provides numerous examples, and includes JavaBean components and all Java code.

Biografía del autor
DALE R. NILSSON is a senior software consultant with the VisualAge Services team consulting and mentoring customers that deploy VisualAge Java projects worldwide. As a certified VisualAge for Java and C++ programmer and instructor, he presents to audiences at trade shows, technical interchanges, and customer locations. He's written numerous articles and works with the VisualAge for Java certification team as an assessor. PETER M. JAKAB is a senior programmer at IBM's Software Solutions Laboratory in Toronto, Canada, where he provides consulting and educational services to customers developing real-world Java applications. He is a Sun Certified Java Programmer, IBM Certified VisualAge for Java Developer, and IBM Certified VisualAge for C++ Developer. He is also one of the lead assessors for the VisualAge Practicums.
