Harold B. Olin, AIA, is the Director of Plan Examinations and Permits for the Building Department of the City of Chicago. John L. Schmidt, AIA, is an architectural consultant. Walter H. Lewis, AIA, is Professor of Architecture at the University of Illinois. H. Leslie Simmons AIA , is a construction consultant as well as the author of the Architect's Remodeling, Renovation, and Restoration Handbook and other bestselling books.
