DAVID HOGLUND, FAIA, is a senior principal and director of Perkins Eastman, and head of the firm's Pittsburgh office. DOUGLAS KING, AIA, AICP, is a senior principal and director in Perkins Eastman's New York office. ERIC COHEN, AIA, is a senior associate at Perkins Eastman. STEPHEN A.
