This simulated package includes role playing where the user becomes the project manager and is guided through the project management process by a mentor and another experienced project manager who provides tips and feedback. Using examples from Microsoft Project, this book also adheres to the Project Management Institute's curriculum outline. The accompanying disk contains a simulated company and diverse types of projects to manage.

ROBERT K. WYSOCKI is an information systems consultant whose clients include AT&T, IBM, and Aetna. ROBERT BECK, Jr., is a former IBM systems engineer. DAVID B. CRANE is a faculty member of the Boston University Corporate Education Center and owner of a project management consulting firm.
