KEITH P. AMBACHTSHEER is the Director of the Rotman International Centre for Pension Management at the University of Toronto and founder of KPA Advisory Services, Ltd. His advisory publication, the Ambachtsheer Letter, regularly reaches 150 different institutional clients across the world.
