This is a new edition of a text which has been used by radiographers at all levels of study for many years. It is aimed at the radiographer and as such covers a wider range of topics than would be required by an assistant practitioner and covers all topics in more detail than necessary at this level. I would recommend it as an essential text at foundation degree level because of the clarity of explanation of a subject which can be difficult to grasp. Principles are clearly explained throughout and are supported by diagrams or charts where appropriate providing visual clarification of some complex principles.
