Sinopsis

As a collection of ideas and methodologies, systems thinking has made an impact in organizations and in particular in the information systems field. Josè-Rodrigo Córdoba-Pachón is a senior lecturer at the school of Management, Royal Holloway, University of London in the UK. He is the current director of the Master of Science in Business Information Systems.
