After eight years, this second edition of the Practitioners Guide to Syndicated Lending both updates the first edition and supplements it with a new chapter dedicated to the regulation and capital treatment of loans, and a glossary, which is particularly aimed at those still new to the language of syndicated lending. The second edition has updated case references (including references to the cases which have quoted from the first edition of the Guide) and brings the reader up to date on the market and legal developments since 2009, such as the return of 'cov-lite' and the changes to LIBOR sourcing.
