The estimated costs for our professional services are based on our established rates for both time and materials. In addition, we would expect reimbursement, including a 20% handling charge, of such disbursed expenses as Materials and Supplies, Travel and Communications. Our esti mated project cost is This cost estimate is valid for a 90-day period, after which time we reserve the right to make adjustments for changes in labor rates and disbursed expense costs.
