Lyon, Agriculturist of the Agricultural Experi ment Station of Nebraska, who, as a collaborator of this Bureau, is in charge of the cooperative breeding experiments conducted by the Nebraska Agricultural Experiment Station and the Department of anculture, and I recommend its publication as Bulletin No. 78 of the series of this Bureau.
