Constraints on the relation of harvests between time periods have a great impact on the timing and magnitude of benefits that result from other decisions such as growth-stimulating investments and changes in the land base devoted to timber production. Therefore, these and other agencies or firms for whom some variant of even flow is a possible policy, need answers to the following questions.
