These libraries would be user expandable and replaceable. An artics implementation would be fully documented so that users could easily modify or replace any module with a minimum of effort. It would also be commercially maintained, so that users would be able to get help in fixing bugs and making system modifications. In addition, vendors would offer training services to help the user community apply artics products to their applications.
