Through these dossiers with their varied and structured activities students develop listening and reading skills and are encouraged to communicate in speech and writing. The new edition features improved design and artwork with new texts and illustrations replacing those which have dated. Three new "bridging" units with thorough coverage/revision of basic grammar provide smoother transition from examinations at 16 to advanced level study.
