Elizabeth Steed is a Chartered Health Psychologist working at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London, UK. In addition, she is an Honorary Research Associate at University College London, UK. Kathleen Mulligan is a Chartered Health Psychologist and a Research Fellow at University College London, UK.
