JOHN DARBY is Chair of Ethnic Studies at the University of Ulster and was Founding Director of INCORE, the Initiative of Conflict Resolution and Ethnicity, at the University of Ulster. He is currently Visiting Professor at the University of Notre Dame. ROGER MAC GINTY is Lecturer at the Richardson Institute, Department of Politics and International Relations, University of Lancaster. He is the author of a number of book chapters and journal articles on conflict issues.
