RAJEN DABEE is Professor of Economics and Head of Department at the University of Mauritius. His research interests are international economics and economics of adjustment. - DAVID GREENAWAY is Professor of Economics and Pro-Vice-Chancellor at the University of Nottingham. His research interests lie primarily in the fields of international trade policy, economic development and European integration. At various times he has been a consultant to the World Bank, UNIDO, UNCTAD, European Commission, GATT, UNECE and H.M. Treasury.
