Until his untimely death in December 2006, John Williams had accumulated over 30 years of experience in primary education as a class teacher, head teacher of a large junior school, school governor, county advisor, Senior Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University, UK, part-time lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire, UK, and at Homerton College, Cambridge University, UK.
