The matters covered include the value of the corporatist approach versus alternatives, for example, a sort of sector corporatism or a corporatist approach at the level of the firm; the future scenarios for industrial relations with a series of county studies with special reference to incomes policies and the departures from various neocorporatist models; the importance of institutions and public structures in industrial relations; labour market flexibility and unemployment.
