The Chairman appointed Messrs. Curlee and Sleight, tellers. The Board then proceeded to the election of Chairman Mr. Sleight nominated O. E. Lippincott, Auditor P. A.
Mr. Lippincott having received all the votes cast, was declared unanimously elected Chairman.
