The Planning shall have the exercise, and is hereby vested with all of the powers, authorities, discretions, and duties with respect to the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians Reservation as are granted to or imposed upon planning boards which are created by cities and towns within the State of North Carolina under the authority of Section 160-22 of the General Statutes of North Carolina.

This Committee is required to meet quarterly and keep minutes of all such meetings and a report made to Council at the next meeting after the Committee has met.
