This book provides the framework to teach a corporate drafting course based upon a merger transaction. It includes 29 individual chapters that contain potential drafting exercises. Each chapter leads off with an overview of the assignment, sets forth the actual drafting assignment, and includes any additional facts or information required in order for the student to draft that assignment. Each chapter also includes a list of useful resources that students may consult to assist them with the preparation of the drafting assignment. The teacher's edition of the book contains two additional parts: a supplemental class exercise that the professor could use in the classroom and a list of potential talking points regarding the assignment topic and useful resources for the professor.
