After the honorable gentleman's death, the manuscript was left undisturbed for a number of - years, and until vernon wade, esq., of Fall River, Mass. (page and hon. Nathaniel B. Church, of Tiverton, R. I. (page became interested in the work, and the former gentleman has collected many new and valuable notes for it, until now it is more than doubled from that first collected.
The Editor trusts that this work Of collecting will not be permitted to stop here, but that some day in the future a new edition will be called for, and one very much enlarged and improved Over this of 1887.
