Tom Redman

 

Tom Redman is Professor of Human Resource Management at Durham Business School, University of Durham.  He is Editor of Personnel Review and a Fellow of the CIPD.

About the Author:

Tom Redman is Professor of HRM at Durham University Business School and Adrian Wilkinson is Professor of Human Resource Management at Loughborough University Business School.
