Simultaneously with the forwarding of the land purchase voucher for the issuance of the cheek, the Soil Conservation Service transmits the title papers directly to the curative agent. The method of handling any matters peculiar to the indi idual case is outlined in a letter transmitting the title.papers. After he has received both the title papers and the check, the curative agent notifies the vendor and arrangements are made to close the transaction; In meeting the titl requirements and delivering the land purchase check, the curative agent is guid by the Attorney General's opinion, the solicitot's memorandum_ef transmittal, regulations and instructions/of the treasury'department, and the instructions established procedure of the Soil Conservation Service.
