The vast majority of scientists agree that human activity has significantly increasedgreenhouse gases in the atmosphere--most dramatically since the 1970s. Kerry Emanuel is Professor of Atmospheric Science in the Department of Earth,Atmospheric, and Planetary Science at MIT.
