The Regents of the University of the State of New York will on behalf of the State, and particularly of its educational forces. Invite the friends of education throughout the United States and in other countries to the dedication of the New York State Education Building, on October 15-16-17, 1912. It is hoped that the educational ofieials of other states will attend, and that the leading institutions including libraries and museums as well as universities, colleges and schools of this and other countries will be represented by delegates. Invitations and programs will be forwarded at the proper time. This preliminary announcement is made in order that the dates shall not be taken for any other important educational function in the country.
