On peut arriver par deux routes différentes aux équations d equilibre de plusieurs forces dont les points d'application sont assujettis à des liaisons quelconques. Mais on peut aussi les établir directement a l'aide de diverses méthodes, entre lesquelles je vais en signaler une qui, à cause de sa simplicité, paraît digne de fixer un moment l'atten tion des géomètres.
