III. Et qu'il soit statué, que les ofi'iciers de la dite corporation seront un président honoraire, un prési dent actif, deux vice-présidents, un trésorier, un sous trésorier, un secrétaire-archiviste, deux assistants secrétaire-archivistes, un secrétaire corresponnant, deux assistants-secrétaires correspondants, un biblio thécaire, un directeur du musée, un bureau de dirce tion composé du président actif, des deux vice - prési dents, du trésorier, du secrétaire-archiviste, du secré taire-correspondant, du bibliothécaire, du directeur du musée, et de seize autres membres de la dite corpora tion, lesquels dits officiers et bureau de direction seront choisis et élus par ballot ala majorité des votes des membres présents dans l'assemblée générale qui se tiendra le premier lundi du mois de février de chaque année, et avis suffisant du jour, du lieu et de l'heure de la dite assemblée sera donné huit jours avant celui de la dite assemblée, par le secrétaire-archiviste pourvu toujours, que si la dite élection n'a pas lieu au jour ci-dessus fixé, le président actif, ou a son défaut, un des vice-présidents de l'association pour le temps d'alors, convoquera pour tout autre jour subséquent telle assemblée générale en la manière susdite: pourvu aussi, que la première assemblée pour l'élection des officiers et du bureau de direction, aura lieu dans les trois mois qui suivront immédiatement la passation du présent acte.
