In order that the directors and committees of the City Club might consider the situation intelligently, the City Club, in June, 1913, held a series of six meetings at which the proponents described at length their respective plans. The discussions at these meet ings, with plans and drawings fully illustrating the various proposals, are printed herewith for the enlightenment of the Club membership and for the benefit of the public generally.
