Sinopsis

Discover how to move from doubt to commitment by confessing Christ and embracing genuine religion. This concise guide lays out clear reasons to pursue religion, explains how faith in Christ relates to repentance, and offers practical counsels for inquirers.

The text frames religion as a direct relationship between a person and God, with Christ acting as the center of mercy. It argues that faith must rest on the person and work of Jesus Christ, not merely on abstract belief or church structures. Readers will find a straightforward path from recognizing their need to seeking forgiveness and reconciliation.

The book also provides practical cautions and steps for the inquirer: the role of prayer, the importance of personal repentance, and the need to focus on obtaining a regenerate heart before considering church membership. The aim is to equip readers to pursue God with clarity and humility.

  • Understand why confessing Christ is central to true religion.

  • See how repentance and faith connect to God's mercy in Christ.

  • Learn the role of prayer as a essential bridge to God during inquirers’ pursuit.

  • Get guidance on keeping the focus on personal relationship with God before church concerns.

Ideal for readers seeking clear, practical guidance on confessing Christ and beginning a life of faith.

Other works in the same department no doubt possess far greater merit than this but the fact is obvious that they cannot be made to circulate in proportion to the need of them. And, constituted as the minds of men are, one witness will be listened to with atten.
