The Clerk of the Elioins keeps the Roll thereof, wherein he enters them, and exem plifies non-suits and Elloins, for which cer tain Fees are appointed. He alfo provides Parchment, and cuts it into Rolls, marking the Numbers thereon, which he delivers out, and receives again, after they are written.

In perfonal and mixe Actions, this Court, and the King's Bench, have for the moi't part a concurrent Juril'diétion, but none are admit ted to plead at the Bar of this Court, but Serjeants at Law. This Court hath no Cog nizance of Pleas of the Crown.
