James Caan dropped out of school at sixteen and started his first business from a broom cupboard, equipped with little more than charm, his father's advice and a phone. He went on to make his fortune in the job industry and is now one of the UK's most successful businessmen.

Caan became a familiar face on our TV screens in 2007 when he joined the BBC's hit show Dragons' Den. He has written two books: Get the Job You Really Want and The Real Deal: My Story from Brick Lane to Dragons' Den. He writes regularly for newspapers, gives advice on various Government programmes, and has set up his own charitable foundation. He also contributed to the 2009 Quick Read Dragons' Den Your Road to Success.
