Acerca del autor
Andrew Adonis is a political columnist on the Observer. He is co-author of FAILURE IN BRITISH GOVERNMENT, the acclaimed study of the rise and fall of the poll tax.
Stephen Pollard is Head of Research at the Social Market Foundation, a leading independent think-tank. He is chief leader writer for the London Evening Standard, and a frequent broadcaster.
