Daniel McIntyre is Professor of English Language and Linguistics at Uppsala University, Sweden.
BEATRIX BUSSE is an Assistant Professor and teaches English Linguistics at the Anglistisches Seminar at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, Germany.
