The University of Chicago Press, in collaboration with Casa Ricordi of Milan, has undertaken to publish the first critical edition of the complete works of Giuseppe Verdi. Biografía del autor

Martin Chusid (1925-2013) was Professor Emeritus of Music at New York University and the founding director of the American Institute for Verdi Studies.
