Some 120 plates in all, listed at rear. Published to coincide with the Mapplethorpe exhibition at the Hayward Gallery in 1996. The dustwrapper spine is rather sunned with titles faded altogether, otherwise a very crisp and bright copy of this impressive and sturdily bound book in its slipcase. A very heavy book weighing c3200g when parcelled, exceeding the postage quotation default weight of 1000g and thus incurring extra postage over the default for orders from UK and overseas.
