Elmar Dellwig has been a computer enthusiast since the days of the C 64 - something that has come in useful during his training as an Information Technology tutor. Ingo Dellwig became self-employed in 1997 and founded SPECTROsoftware, which produces homepages for companies in a variety of industries. He published his first book on homepages, which was to be followed by numerous titles covering various aspects of the Internet, hardware and programming.
