Six million people in the United States meet the criteria for fibromyalgia. Daniel J. Wallace, MD, is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA based at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. His many books include The Lupus Book and All About Osteoarthritis.
