The Handbook on Criminal Litigation offers a comprehensive and practical guide to the areas of Criminal Litigation covered on the Legal Practice Course. It provides detailed coverage of criminal litigation based on the syllabus laid out by the Law Society. The text covers all procedural and evidential issues that arise in criminal cases while maintaining an informal writing style. Biografía del autor
Martin Hannibal is a senior lecturer in law at Staffordshire University. He has written numerous articles on criminal law and vocational training manuals. Lisa Mountford is a senior lecturer in law at Staffordshire University and the course leader for criminal litigation and Advocacy on the Legal Practice Course.
