Sinopsis

The Current Legal Problems lecture series and annual volume was established over fifty five years ago at the Faculty of Laws, University College London and has long been recognised as a major reference point for legal scholarship. Acerca del autor


Dr. Jane Holder is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Laws at University College London (UCL), where she has worked since 1992. She is Co-director of the center of Law and the Environment and the Centre of Law and the European Union at the Faculty of Laws at UCL, and is a member of the board of the journal Social Legal Studies.
Colm O'Cinneide joined the UCL Faculty of Laws in 2001. He is a member of the Task Force on the establishment of a Commission on Equalities and Human Rights.
