International smoking statistics, Second Edition presents a valuable collection of smoking data relating to 30 economically developed countries. Annual data on the national sales of all types of tobacco products are presented for the years up to 1995, with over 100 years of data available for some countries. Building on the first edition, the new edition extends the geographical coverage as well as documenting the transition to filter and lower tar cigarettes.

Críticas

The book isn't a riveting bed-time read, it is an amazingly comprehensive set of useful data. Importantly full details of data sources and possible limitations of these are presented for each country at the end of each chapter, and a full reference list is provided.
