Sinopsis

Rory and Granda have looked after one another ever since Rory's dad walked out. These days it's Rory who has to look after the old man, but both of them dread being split up - the thought of the old folks' home and the children's home is awful. Acerca del autor

Catherine MacPhail won the Scottish Children's Book Award in 1999 with Fighting Back. She won the Sheffield Shorter Novel Award in 2003 for Tribes. Cathy has also written for radio and has had two situation comedy series broadcast on Radio 2. She lives in Greenock with her family.
