Acerca del autor

For two years, Patrick Williams was Head Chef at Greens Champagne and Oyster Bar in London. He has since worked for Marco Pierre White at the Criterion and Titanic. He has co-presented HEY PESTO and FOUR BURNERS AND A GRILL for cable television and PLANET CHRISTMAS on BBC2 with Linda Barker.
