Acerca del autor

Born in 1943 Sheila Rowbotham was brought up in Leeds where she began writing on women's history as a participant in the beginnings of the women's liberation movement. She has written for many magazines and newspapers and has been a consultant on many films. She has held visiting posts in universities in the US, Canada, France and Holland and is now a Research Fellow at Manchester University and attached to the International Centre for Labour Studies.
